Field Associates
Welcome to Insurance Relief™ AutoTime. This is your link to automated time sheet entry. Simply review the following agreement, click on the “I agree” button and you can enter your daily hours. Insurance Relief™ AutoTime will automatically calculate the hours worked and the information is sent to your supervisor for approval. Insurance Relief™ AutoTime will receive the approval from the supervisor and will issue a check for the appropriate amount. What You Need:
- Your assignment / pin number
- Your social security number
Agreement: I know I am required to contact Insurance Relief when my assignment ends. If I fail to contact Insurance Relief™, I may be considered to have left work voluntarily, without cause and unemployment benefits may be denied.
I understand that I am not to accept work from any client that I am assigned to by Insurance Relief™ without first receiving written authorization from Insurance Relief.
I hereby certify that these hours are true and correct and that I sustained no injuries during this assignment. Overtime Policy: (Outside CA)
Insurance Relief™ Field Associates outside of California will be entitled to overtime pay according to state and federal law.
- Over 40 hours in a week - additional time will be paid at 1½ times the base hourly rate.
- Insurance Relief™ work week is Monday through Sunday.
Overtime Policy: (CA Residents Only)
In the absence of a properly implemented alternative work schedule, non- exempt Insurance Relief™ Field Associates in California will be entitled to overtime pay based on the following:
- Over 8 hours in a day – additional time will be paid at 1½ times the base
hourly rate.
- Over 40 hours in a week - additional time will be paid at 1½ times the base hourly rate.
- The first 8 hours on the 7th day of work in one week will be paid at 1½ times the base hourly rate.
- Over 12 hours in a work day will be paid at 2 times the base hourly rate.
- Over 8 hours of work on the 7th day of work in one week will be paid at 2 times the base hourly rate.
- Insurance Relief™ work week is Monday through Sunday.
- Make-Up hours will be allowed if approved in advance by your supervisor. Approval must be obtained in writing. Make-up hours must be worked within the same workweek and will not count toward calculating overtime unless you work more than 11 hours on a make-up day or 40 hours in that workweek.
Holiday Pay:
After you have worked 1500 hours for Insurance Relief™, you are eligible for the paid holidays below, providing you work the full week of the holiday. Eligible holidays are:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas Day. Please do not enter hours on a holiday unless you actually worked that day. If you are eligible for a paid holiday, your Insurance Relief™ Office will enter a special time sheet. |
