Here’s how PrideStaff AutoTime works for YOU: - Field Associates enter their time daily or by Sunday at 11.59 PM Central Time. Time worked can be entered via phone or the internet.
- Insurance Relief™AutoTime calculates the hours and sends the Field Associate a confirmation.
- You will receive an email each Monday with a password and a link to the on- line timesheets you are to review.
- You may approve or reject any or all of the timesheets. Once you have done so, a confirmation number is sent and you can print out a copy of the timesheets or email them to your Accounting Department for verification with the bill.
- Insurance Relief™ receives the timesheets and we write the checks.
FAQ What if the hours entered by the Field Associate are incorrect? Reject the hours for that employee and approve the ones that are correct. Insurance Relief™ will follow up with you and the employee to resolve the questions. What if I am away from the office or on vacation? We have a couple of options here. You can notify Insurance Relief™ ahead of time and we can designate another person to receive the timesheet for approval. Regardless of the reason, if you don’t respond to Insurance Relief™ email by Monday at 9:00 PM CST, your PrideStaff office will be notified and one of us will call you on Tuesday to follow up. Is AutoTime secure? There are a variety of gestures that ensure security and privacy in our system. - The Insurance Relief™ AutoTime system is backed up daily –
and the website is secure. - Each week managers are assigned a new code.
- Assignment ID numbers are matched against Insurance Relief’s system daily to ensure accuracy.
- Insurance Relief™ AutoTime logs off automatically after 15 minutes of no activity.
- Hours cannot be entered in advance.
- Assignments which have been ended in our system will not allow hours
to be posted. - Hours can only be posted for current week and pervious week.
What if the person worked in two different departments during the week? Call your Insurance Relief™ representative. That way, we can create another assignment so that the proper supervisor will be contacted to approve the hours for her department. The Insurance Relief™ Field Associate marked hours for Christmas Day, but we were closed. Am I paying for this? Insurance Relief™ Field Associates can earn paid holidays – at no further cost to you. Also, some of our clients pay for holidays. However, if your firm does not pay for holidays, do not approve those hours. We ask that only Field Associates who worked that day fill in hours for a holiday. If the Insurance Relief™ Field Associate has earned a paid holiday, we will generate the timesheet for that day. What is the cutoff for AutoTime approval? Timesheets must be approved by 11:59 PM Central Time on Mondays. That is 12:59 AM Eastern, 10:59 PM Mountain and 9:59PM Pacific time. If you miss this cutoff time, your PrideStaff contact will follow up on Tuesday to make other arrangements.
