Well, almost.

The book of business is made of 200-250 accounts per desk, with each having an average premium of $15K-$20K.

Products you’ll sell include general liability, EPLI, professional liability, W/C, crime coverages, and umbrella policies.

We can’t provide salary information for this position here, but Indeed.com reported in early August that the average salary in Anaheim Hills for a commercial lines account manager was $51,000.

Anaheim Hills sits just to the east of Anaheim (Disneyland’s hometown) on the foothills surrounding Gypsum Canyon . It’s actually a part of Anaheim, but known throughout the region as Anaheim Hills.

The community is a master-planned community, built mostly in the 1970s through the present. It’s characterized by its proximity to the infamous California Hwy 91 (runs east/west from Riverside to Anaheim), its broad tree-lined streets (mostly eucalyptus trees) and horse paths (often right next to sidewalks). It’s a relatively upscale community (by Southern California standards), with the median home price in early August reported by Zillow.com as a bit more than $700,000. The median price for rentals is $2,350 (includes apartment and detached homes).

The community is located within easy driving distance of many of Orange and Los Angeles counties’ attractions. In addition, to Disneyland, Anaheim is about 90 minutes from San Diego and an hour or so (depending on traffic) from Los Angeles. It’s about 90 minutes east of Palm Springs (when traffic is light).

The entire southland is surrounded by high-caliber colleges and universities, with Cal State Fullerton, Cal Poly Pomona, UC Irvine, and several community colleges within a 40-minute drive.
