The agency is looking for a marketing manager with a unique and creative approach to negotiating strategies and risk management. The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical and decision-making skills and the ability to work well with tight deadlines.
Essential skills and duties include:
- Reviewing insurance proposals from carriers
- Understanding insurance carrier appetite and rating programs
- Researching and gathering data
- Negotiating terms with carrier underwriters
The person hired for the job will need the ability to think creatively and solve problems and will possess strong interpersonal and both written and verbal communication skills.
